He is well versed in a wide range of corporate law matters, including cross-border M&A, corporate governance, contract law, regulatory and compliance matters. He also focusses on the real estate industry, where he advised clients on hotel acquisitions, project financing, construction of hospitality facilities and residential complexes, FIDIC contracts, acquisition of assets, and real estate leasing.
