She is a senior member of our Employment, Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Commercial practice group, and has extensive experience in advising clients on all types of transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, and project financings. She also regularly provides day-to-day corporate advisory to companies, helping them with matters of governance, compliance, and the regulatory aspects of their business, and also represents them before courts and other state authorities.
