Karanović & Partners advised Czechoslovak Group (CSG) on its acquisition of a majority stake in Serbian aerospace-technology company MUST Solutions. The deal marks a significant step forward in CSG’s expansion into the unmanned aerial systems (UAS) sector.
Based in Belgrade, MUST (Mechatronics Unmanned Systems and Technology) Solutions specialises in the design and production of propulsion systems for unmanned aerial vehicles, including advanced turbojet and turbofan engines.
