Atos Group has completed the sale of its Bull advanced computing activities to the French State, marking a step in its strategic focus on core digital and cybersecurity services. The transaction is valued at up to €404 million and covers high-performance computing, quantum and artificial intelligence (AI) operations.

Atos is a European multinational information technology service and consulting company, specialising in high-tech transactional services, unified communications, cloud, big data and cybersecurity services. The divested business, formerly part of Atos’ Eviden division, generated approximately €0.7 billion in revenue in 2025.
The acquisition by the French State aims to strengthen sovereign capabilities in strategic technologies, including high-performance computing and AI, while ensuring continuity for clients and employees.
