Karanovic & Partners, as a member of AFA, took part at the AFA Women’s Leadership Summit held in Belgrade on 24 and 25 October. Our Managing Partner Rastko Petaković talked about Personal contributions for a global impact on the second day of the Summit, dedicated to Sustainable economy and women empowerment.
In the broader scope, the Summit was dedicated to emerging technologies and importance of digital literacy. One of the main topics for discussion was the future of employment and how gender balanced teams can be formed in order to involve the female principle in the creation of a future digital society.
Prominent professionals and regional leaders also took part in the Summit, providing valuable insight into inevitable retraining, reskilling processes and digital inclusion as a key for future growth and prosperity.
