Our Partner Andrej Jelenković and Senior Associate Filip Šušulić participated in the Legal Pro Forum Conference, held at Hotel Tornik, Zlatibor, from 19 to 21 October 2025.
Andrej Jelenković took part in the panel discussion “Borderline Between Tax Planning and Tax Evasion”, where he shared insights and experiences from various high-profile tax evasion criminal cases. He also served as the moderator of a panel focused on the technical and legal aspects of cybersecurity.
Filip Šušulić was a panellist in the discussion on the selection of arbitrators in arbitral proceedings, a highly topical issue in the arbitration community. He provided his perspective on the strategic importance and potential challenges surrounding arbitrator appointments.
