Lecture Series on Digital Property Law

Karanović & Partners Engages in Digital Property Course within Studies for Knowledge Innovation at the Faculty of Law

Our Partner Maja Jovančević Šetka recently served as a visiting lecturer at the Studies for Knowledge Innovation, contributing to the course on digital property law. During her engaging lecture, she delved into the topic of the “Use of Virtual Currencies (Cryptocurrency) in Business,” providing insights from practice to post-graduate attendees consisting mainly of attorneys, consultants, in-house counsels and public officers.

The lecture series, held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, brings together a distinguished group of university professors, representatives from the regulators – National Bank of Serbia and the Securities Commission, and seasoned experts from various fields related to digital assets.  With Serbia being one of the rare countries that have regulated activities and services related to new digital assets phenomena already in the early stages of development, the course aims to elevate professional knowledge in the area.

We are happy to support market development by sharing knowledge within the dynamic field of digital property law and remain committed to academic excellence.
