Our Senior Partner, Milena Jakšić Papac, participated as a panellist at the O.U.R. HR Meet-Up held last week in Belgrade.
In addition to Milena, the panel featured Marija Crnogorac, Director at the AD Business Services Hub Belgrade, Delhaize, and Saša Žerajić, Senior HR Solutions and Development Advisor at HR Fabrika. It was moderated by Jelica Radović, Managing Partner at HR Fabrika and O.U.R. HR. The event opened with the presentation of the annual survey “What Drives Employees”, conducted each year across the local market. The second part of the Meet-Up focused on team restructuring – identified as one of the key topics in the survey results – as well as preparations for the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Milena contributed legal perspectives on both topics, explaining how regulatory developments translate into everyday workplace challenges. Her practical approach and extensive experience in these matters led to an extended discussion.
