The family holding of entrepreneur and investor Andrej Jovanović (AJFH), as the lead investor, together with the experienced manager and current CEO of Imlek, Bojan Radun, has signed an agreement for the joint acquisition of Imlek from its current owner, MidEuropa. The transaction is subject to standard approvals.
Karanović & Partners and its cooperating offices advised MidEuropa on the sale of Imlek across the SEE region. Working closely with the White & Case team, our multidisciplinary team provided full-service legal support throughout the transaction, including financing, competition matters, and cross-border structuring.
