Czech industrial group MTX Group has acquired Omial Novi, a Croatian company, from the Swiss-based Aluflexpack Group, in a transaction that served as a key condition for the European Commission’s approval of Constantia Flexibles’ entry into the Aluflexpack Group.
The acquisition strengthens MTX Group’s position in the European packaging industry, particularly in the market for sterilisable feed and food packaging, and underscores the group’s growing international footprint.
MTX Group was supported in the transaction by Havel & Partners as lead counsel.
