With extensive experience in all areas of banking and project finance, Ivona currently applies her expertise within the compliance team. With her knowledge in advising domestic and international clients on the legal aspects of major infrastructure deals, foreign exchange transactions, international lending and credit transactions (including syndicated and bilateral loans and related security) and insurance matters, Ivona supports all our lawyers and assists with legal and compliance aspects of the practice.
