Ilej & Partners, in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners, advised Logis Helena d.o.o., part of the Logis One platform of IAD Investments, on the conclusion of a 15-year lease agreement with Tokić d.d. for a new state-of-the-art logistics and distribution centre in Croatia.
The legal team advising Logis Helena was led by Senior Partner Franka Baica, supported by Associate Barbara Bilić.
The new 40,000 sqm logistics and distribution centre will be developed in the Sveta Helena Business Zone near Zagreb. Designed to support a high degree of warehouse automation through advanced technologies, artificial intelligence, and state-of-the-art warehouse management systems, the facility will serve as TOKIĆ Group’s new strategic logistics hub. Once operational in 2027, it will strengthen the company’s distribution network across Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary and Southeast Europe.
The project is being developed by Logis Helena d.o.o., part of the Logis One platform of IAD Investments, an international investment group specialising in the development of modern logistics and industrial real estate across Central and Eastern Europe. For Tokić Group, the project forms part of broader investment cycle following its initial public offering and represents a significant step in the company’s long-term growth strategy. It also reinforces IAD Investments’ continued expansion in the Central and Eastern European logistics real estate market through its Logis One platform.
