The Croatian start-up Robotiq.ai received a 900,000 euros investment in a deal with J&T Ventures, a VC fund based in Prague. Our colleagues from Ilej & Partners in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners advised Robotiq.ai on all matters related to the venture capital investment.
The team led by Senior Partner Goran Ilej and supported by Associates Nika Jurković and Antun Skansi worked on the negotiation of the transaction documents (investment term-sheet, investment agreement, shareholders’ agreement and the articles of association) as well as registration of the investment with the competent authorities.
Robotiq.ai, a Croatian start-up company founded in 2018, produces software robots and primarily works in the field of robots’ automatisation processes which are increasing the documentation-related efficiency in companies and organisations. Robots can analyse data, create reports, communicate and distribute information. The robotic automation software provides faster and more efficient customer service while allowing people to use more time doing creative, quality work.
