Maja Jovančević Šetka is a Partner and co-heads the Banking & Finance Practice Group. With more than 17 years of experience, Maja has practiced in all areas of corporate and commercial law, advising multi- national banks, industries and trading companies, as well as government entities. She has led numerous complex financing transactions for both the lenders and the borrowers in a broad range of sectors, with particular expertise in project finance in energy and real estate sectors, acquisition financing and sovereign debt.
IFLR1000 Women Leaders for 2022 is the fifth and the most comprehensive edition yet, featuring around 1000 lawyers globally.
