On 16 October, our Associates Teodora Vasin and Marina Živanović led a training session for the members of the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (CCIFS), dedicated to the upcoming amendments to the Law on the Central Register of Beneficial Owners in Serbia.
The session focused on the new set of obligations that took effect on 1 October 2025, with an emphasis on what companies must do in practice to ensure compliance. Key topics included guide for implementing the new requirements, the mandatory digital submission of supporting documentation to the Business Registers Agency, and the process for aligning and updating already registered information.
The one-hour session provided participants with guidance on preparing for the upcoming changes, offering a clear overview of compliance requirements and their implications for businesses operating in Serbia.
