He advises clients on a full range of banking and finance services, particularly banking regulatory procedures and bilateral cross-border and local loans and related security package, as well as on capital market operations, financial derivatives trading, payment services and insurance and financial leasing issues. He focuses also on public-private partnerships and concessions.
