Nikola is a senior member of our Real Estate team. He has extensive experience in working with domestic and foreign clients on all matters related to real estate, ownership and conversion issues, property development, construction contracts, public-private partnerships as well as mortgages and other forms of collateral in M&A deals in relation to the real estate market.
