Karanovic & Partners and cooperating lawyers have advised Pfizer on separation of their Upjohn businesses in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia, together with Clifford Chance, as well as on the employment aspects of Upjohn and Mylan combination (now Viatris) in Serbia, together with Bird & Bird.
