New members of INTA Committees

Nikola Kliska and Relja Mirkov appointed to INTA Committees

Senior Associates* Nikola Kliska and Relja Mirkov have been appointed to International Trademark Association (INTA) Copyright Committee and Non-Traditional Marks Committee, respectfully, for the 2020–2021 term.

 

The Copyright Committee develops and advocates INTA’s policy regarding the impact of copyright law and enforcement on trademark rights. This committee is tasked with monitoring copyright cases, legislation and regulation in various jurisdictions, complete analyses and propose policy recommendations to the Board.

 

The Non-Traditional Marks Committee develops and advocates the Association’s policy regarding the balanced protection of non-traditional trademarks. The committee will monitor developments in treaties, cases, legislation and regulation in various jurisdictions, complete analyses and propose policy recommendations to the Board**.
