With the idea to support the industry regarding the new Law on Prevention of Corruption, Karanovic & Partners held a webinar for Inovia membership.
Senior Partner Marjan Poljak, Partner Goran Radošević and Special Advisor Sanja Spasenović presented key provisions of the new anti-corruption legislation and the practical impact on companies’ operations.
The webinar also had a Case Study session, where the attendees were informed about various stages of an investigation and were presented with real-life examples inspired by the speakers’ longstanding anti-corruption practice within the industry.
After both segments, Q&A sessions were organised as a chance for questions and deeper analysis.
