Maja is a Partner and co-heads the Banking & Finance Practice Group. With more than 20 years of experience, Maja has practiced in all areas of corporate and commercial law, advising multi- national banks, industries and trading companies, as well as government entities. She provides a full scope of legal assistance related to banking and finance matters, from large-scale financing transactions, regulatory matters and structured finance, to distressed deals. Maja has led numerous complex financing transactions for both lenders and the borrowers in a broad range of sectors, with particular expertise in real estate and acquisition financing, project finance and sovereign debt. Maja also specialises in the area of capital market regulation.
