Karanovic & Partners is pleased to announce that our Senior Partner Milena Jakšić Papac has once again been re-elected as President of the Foreign Investors Council Human Resources Committee. In her continued role over the coming two years, Milena’s key priorities will include advocating for dialogue with governmental institutions regarding amendments to the Labour Law and the implementation of White Book proposals.
Milena Jakšić Papac heads the Employment Practice Group at Karanovic & Partners. With extensive expertise across all areas of employment and labour law, she has been a trusted adviser to both domestic and international clients on complex employment matters.
The FIC HR Committee is committed to modernising the human resources landscape in Serbia and works closely with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of Interior, leading universities, and other FIC members and consultants. Milena has been a dedicated and active member of the Committee for many years. This latest re-election marks yet another term as the chair of the Committee.
